I finished Biangi’s blanket the other day. I started in August and by now I was feeling the crunch! But, whew, it’s done and ready. You may remember that I did a blanket of fish for Maggie before she was born. This was my hex-a-day knitting project for Biangi. Except these hexagons were pretty fussy so I got a little burned out in the middle and took a long break and got frustrated sewing all 48 of them together because it’s all zig-zaggy instead of straight lines and it ends up being a parallelogram instead of a rectangle. But . . . It’s done and I like it in the end. And it’s cozy and snuggly and completed before Biangi is born. Success!

I'm still working on my Maggie's blanket and she was born in September so you are way ahead of me! I went from calling it her coming home blankie to her Christmas blankie to her maybe it will be finished by the time she goes to kindergarten blankie!!! Oh well! So glad to see you all are doing well. =)
