We’re home! And mostly unpacked. Just some finessing sort of things yet to happen. So come on in and take a look around!
Welcome to our house! Here’s our front stoop and front door:
Since we’re on the second and third floors, the first thing you do when you enter the door is walk up the stairs:
You enter the living room looking the faux fireplace head-on. Here’s a long view from the living room back to the dining room (with a built-in hutch in the left hand corner and the door to the kitchen in the right-hand corner):
In front of the living room is a bonus room that is completely windowed all around for lots of airy light:
And here is the kitchen:
Since the stove and refrigerator are on the other side of the room than the counters and cupboards (see one of our gas burners at the very bottom left-hand corner?), we have a little island on wheels that we can take from one side to the other.
